How Do I RSVP?
Please click the RSVP tab at the top of the page, enter your full name in the search bar, and select 'Happily Accept' or 'Respectfully Decline'. Please respond by 20th December 2026. Please also let us know of any dietary requirements when you RSVP.
Dress Code
Cocktail / Formal. Hawke's Bay evenings can get cool by the river, so a wrap or jacket is a good idea.
Plus Ones
Please check your invitation to see whether a +1 has been allocated to you.
Children
While we adore your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us.
Transport
Omatua Riverside Lodge is about a half-hour drive from Napier CBD, with plenty of parking on-site. As the celebration will run late into the night, we recommend pre-booking a taxi or rideshare for your return trip, as availability in the area can be limited late at night.
Bar
We'll have an open bar throughout the reception, so sit back, relax, and enjoy a drink (or several) on us.
Gifts
Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is all that we could ask for. If you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution to our wishing well will be much appreciated.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, with a wet-weather plan in place indoors should conditions require it. For the ladies, the venue has quite a bit of grass, so please keep this in mind when choosing your heels.
